Welcome to my blog! This is where I update my most recent work. My name is Bruce Nguyen and I am a Southern California wedding and lifestyle photojournalist. I am fortunate to be doing what I am passionate about and I feel so blessed that through my camera lens, I've learned to appreciate the world. And I'm blessed even more that photography connects me with spirit. I love weddings, I love being part of a happy couple's biggest day and documenting a great story of love. My goal is not just to capture timeless moments, it is also to create inspiring images that are optimistic and humanly positive. When I'm not taking pictures or working on albums, I work on print advertising since I'm also a graphic designer and those stuff keep my creative juice stay fresh. Meet Julie and Paul, they are both pretty stylin’. She’s friendly, mellow, and sweet. He’s tall and down-to-earth. I think they’re one sexy couple and… they’re in love! We had a great time walking around the Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles doing the first part of their engagement photo shoot. Then we went to Santa Monica beach where they live for the second part… that was so cool because we just had to take a few steps from their condo to hit the water! When the sun started to come down a little, we drove up to a special spot above the city to finish the day with a bridal portrait session. Julie & Paul, thanks for being so fun to be around.
